In case you didn’t know it yet, here are the 44 top traffic violations to avoid committing because they incur the highest fees and penalty charges and are parallel to some of the heaviest penalties in the Philippines.In actual, they are 47 in number but I removed some of them. Ang dinadala niya na motor ay delivery po ng tubig..walang ibang nakasulat sa TOP kundi drivers license na sp daw po which is bawal. I am an operator of UV express van. Now, my van is still under banklaon therefore yung original ORCR is nasa bank pa. I have franchise already from LTFRB pero wala pa yung yellow plate from LTO kasi one of the requirements from LTO is yung original ORCR.

1. Broken/not workinp tail light or signal light
2. Wornout/recapped utiliti vehicle tires
3. Tricycles plying main road.
4. Motorcycles stoping on/beyond the pedestrian lane termination line.
5. PUVs loading and unloading at undesignated areas.
6. No helmet.
And the like that would teach uneducated drivers who belong to the lower class something.

may scenario pa d2 sa gensan…. sabi nya violation daw ang photocopy na OR ng drivers license kailangan daw nya ung original… eh kung di ba naman gago syempre iniwan ko original xerox dala ko palagi para di mapunit ung original kasi di pa narerelease hanggang ngaun ang plastic ng lisensya ko pano ko pa makeclain kung napunit na… eh meron naman ako dala expired drivers license pwede naman nya iconfirm kung tama ung nasa photocopy. tapos pinakitaan ko pa ng other valid ids.. sabi nya violation daw.. wala kasi mahanap na violation kaya nanggagago ang pota…… graveh na tlga mga taga LTO.. mga opisyal sa LTO kung mag hire kau ng mga enforcer paki seminar naman ng mabuti.. kahit adik cguro basta gusto mag enforcer pinapayagan nyo eh.. wala bang proper interview mga yan… graveh ang bubuguk tlga…..
Sir just want to ask, I have a tricycle and I use it in our province for public use. I have my franchise of a TODA in our place. If I decided to use it for the meantime as my personal service to work, will I get caught for a violation, eventhough, I have all complete papers and requirements?just want to ask to ensure that if ever I do decide to use it as a single service to work I won’t be caught for any violation.

main lto office.. paki ayos naman ang LTO gensan graveh mga fixer d2 harap harapan na kung mag fixer.. ilan ba dapat ang cashier.. nakaka gago na ang LTO d2 sa gensan. mga buguk na mga opisyal sa LTO nandito sa gensan mga gago… kaya walang mga alam driver d2 sa gensan kasi puro fixer. kahit magbigay na lng ng mga reviewer atleast man lng may knowledge mga driver d2.. kahit U turn d pa alam nakakabwesit.. tapos sa mga enforcer kung makahanap ng violation parang perpekto… ultimo mga enforcer d2 sa gensan violator din pala mga gago…
