In case you didn’t know it yet, here are the 44 top traffic violations to avoid committing because they incur the highest fees and penalty charges and are parallel to some of the heaviest penalties in the Philippines.In actual, they are 47 in number but I removed some of them. You can see the complete list at the LTO and MMDA website.

How much is the Fee for Renewal of a Non-Professional Driver’s License? How long does it take to renew a license?
At the LTO satellite office, in SM Clark Mall, Pampanga, it only took me 45 minutes, start to finish. No more long lines for a silly urine test (Who takes illegal drugs prior to a Urine test?) or paying to see a Medical doctor, who retired in the 1980′s. There is an efficient nurse who took BP and a visual test. It was around 800 pesos total. You can see the fees on the LTO website.
Nagttka lang po talaga ako hndi po ba centralized ang lahat ng ahensya ng LTO.?na huli po kc ako driving without valid driver licence, 1500 pesos lang pala ang penalty bakt dto sa province namin sa north cotabato, kidapawan city 3077 pesos ang penalty ko..?sobra naman mamera talaga, ok lang magbayad ako ng penalty pero kinssama ng loob ko d pareho ang system nila..

Metallic Tires are tires with metal spikes to improve traction. Yun yung ginagamit kapag ang road conditions ay madulas dahil sa snow.:3

Majority of traffic violations are clear, unfortunately it is too high.I feel safer, driving in other country than in my own country. Harasment by MMDA traffic personnel is common.The usual offense you will hear from the enforcer is RECKLESS DRIVING .this offense is not being detailed . This is an act of not following driving rules on what? changing lane ? where you don’t see the road markings since it has faded.NO LEFT TURN OR RIGHT TURN -SIGNS are posted immediately when you turn left or right , hence the mistake is already committed.Should be posted BEFORE you EXECUTE THE TURN

nahulihan po kasi ako ng expired na lisensya di ko lang napansin na expired na pala. ang violation ko lang naman ay not wearing seatbelt.
ginawa na lang nilang “expired driver’s license”. wala po akong problema dun kasi mas mabigat naman talaga ang driving with expired license.

What to do po sa naka bangga sa father ko, nag file kami ng case pero hindi sya pumupunta sa mga hearings. The only address that I’ve got is yung nasa drivers license nya. I was caught during a PNP checkpoint for driving a recently expired motorcycle registration (incident happened last May 23, 2014; motorcycle registration expired april 2014). Unfortunately, until now i was not able to retrieve yet my license. I just want to know how much is the penalty fee for that specific violation and what docs should i present?
BTW, yung motorcycle ko is wala na since i already surrendered it sa casa… di kasi nila agad na process yung renewal ko. wala na po akong motor ngayon.

I rode a Vhire from Cebu City to Daanbantayan late evening. Thus, we arrived in my destination somewhere arounf 11.30 pm. I am never comfortable riding habal2 since I do not know most of those drivers. Thus, I asked this Vhire to drop me off on my doorstep which is what’s really done within Daanbantayan. He refused saying that he won’t because there are habal-habals blocking the big part of the road and then he further added that he is afraid the van will fall of the drainage. I noticed that he is in a hurry that this alibi is commonly used by drivers who rush to go back. However, even big Grandias could pass through our street without a problem. My question is, given the time of my arriveal wherein I would have felt safer to have deeb dropped off at my house that was why I chose a vhire in the first place, has the driver committed anything reckless against his passenger’s safety?
