Gaano po katagal akong maghihintay ng bagong plaka kasi po pina drop ko yong dating yellow plate ko, binigyan po ako ng bagong plate number pero wala pa po ang actual sabi po sa akin maghihintay ko ng 3months to 1 year bago marelease ang aking bagong plaka, THF-360 po kasi yong binigay sa akin October po for regstration n sya, ndi po ako mkakapagparehistro kugn wala pa yong palak, may way po ba para mapabilis ang pagrerelease ng bagong palak? Naku, parang sobrang tagal naman po yata nyan… mangyaring magtanong po sa branch mismo ng LTO at sa tamang tao. Baka kayo ay gusto lamang gatasan ng mga nagsabi na ganun katagal ang pagkuha ng plaka kasi obvious naman po na kung ganun ang sistema ay wala ng remedyo sa inyong problema which is very wrong naman po.

Kung nakanino po ang OR/CR nakapangalan ay sya po ang may ari nito… If this car is being driven, it is required by LTO rules and the law that anybody who drives a car should also possess the corresponding OR / CR or official receipt at certificate of registration. Meaning, dapat po ay isang tingin lang sa OR CR nito alam nyo na kung kanino nakapangalan ang vios plate number na sinasabi ninyo.
Meron po ba open na LTO pag sat kahit halfday?

Good day. I committed a violation yesterday at screx from subic – excess passenger. The police got my license and asked me to claim it in LTO east avenue. May i know how much is the fee and can i ask somebody to get it on my behalf because i will be leaving thos tuesday so no time to get it this month.
By the way i am from bataan. How we wish that lto should have a nearest ofifice to claim those licenses

hello po, nakatira po ako dito sa France at nagrerequest po ako sa french authority na ipagpalit ang professional drivers license ko sa Pilipinas dito sa France upang makapagtrabaho pero 2 times na po sila nagmail sa inyo para sa authentification of my license pero wala daw po kayong sagot. Happy new year! I would like to inquire if LTO is having difficulty in supplying car plates. I bought from Toyota Abad Santos a 2013 Toyota Hi-ace Commuter, I am making a constant follow-up with them regarding the plate number but according to them up to now, LTO is having difficulty in the issuance of plate number.

Bkit po sa LTO robinson metro east naniningil pa ng 5o pesos sa computer fee ng medical result, aside sa 400 na binyad namin sa medical, bkit nila kailangan maningil ng ganon, isang page ng papel 50pesos sobra naman sila dagdag pa sa gastos nmin yun, ang galing naman nilang gumawa ng pera nakakasama ng loob magbyad ng ganon, hindi nila pianghihirapan yung pera,pakipuntahan nyo lang po yung branch nyo na yun dami ho nag rereklamo
My driver’s licensed expired last 2-19-2008, when I applied for renewal the said is dormant and my driver’s licensed cannot be view in their data, the processor said she will make a request for the update of my driver’s licensed in Manila LTO Main Office, And I applied for renewal of licensed and application international driver’s licensed because I am planning to go abroad next month April, just last Nov, 15, 2012 I filed my renewal and application, When I call her last February 13 about the status of my driver’s licensed, she said it will take time maybe it will take up to 6 months to update my driver’s licensed. My question is what is the allowable time to make a request just to update my drivers licensed.

Magandang araw po sa inyo!
May itatanong lang po sana ako tungkol po sa pag transfer ng ownership ng sasakyan. Ganito po kasi may nagbebenta ng sasakyan sa akin tapos nakapangalan pa daw sa old owner yong sasakyan kasi dinala na niya dito sa Bohol yung unit. D daw niya ma itransfer sa name nya kasi kailangan pa daw puntahan niya sa LTO davao kung saan naka register yong vehicle. Ngayon gusto ko sana bilhin yung vehicle kaso lang po hindi ko po alam kong anong mga requirements kasi nakapangalan pa sa old owner yung vehicle. Kailangan ko paba na puntahan sa LTO Davao para sa transaction na ito or pwede na dito sa LTO-bohol ako makipag transact para mailipat sa pangalan ko yong name ng sasakyan. Maraming salamat po!

May i seek your help. Im intending to buy a truck. Said truck is still under the name of the company who previously owned. It was sold to buyer/owner A and then to buyer/owner B. Now, owner B is selling to me the truck. Unfortunately, they misplaced the CR.
Can Owner B process for a replacement of CR, presenting the deed of sales as proof of ownership of the truck?

bakit po ni rebuke ang licence ko at tinanggal sa data base, ginagamit ko po ang licence ko since 1989, last year nag renue po ako ang result tinanggal daw po sa data base sabi ng LTO zamboanga city. at ang driver licence number ko po JO4-89-027135, at nag expired po sya noon last 2012-5-14. hanggang ngayon pinapalo up ko pa siya sa LTO
